• The trim has to be one dye lot across the whole order. The contrast cuffs and zip tape on a 6-12M sleepsuit and on an adult set must be the same colour. Run them in separate lots and the difference is invisible on the hanger and obvious in the family photograph — the only place this product is ever seen.
• Print scale has to change with the body. A motif proportioned for a baby's torso looks wrong enlarged onto an adult. The artwork is re-scaled per size range so the pattern reads the same on a newborn as on a parent.
• Two constructions, one programme. The baby piece is a zip sleepsuit; the kids and adult pieces are two-piece sets. Different patterns and different labour — but one print, one trim, one delivery.
• The baby piece is built for the middle of the night. A two-way zip opens from the bottom, so a nappy change does not mean undressing a sleeping child.

Bamboo is usually sold on hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties. Neither has a standard behind it that a factory can be audited against, so we would rather hand you the document. What can be audited is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class I — the baby class — under certificates BJ020 287849 and BJ025 287848, valid to 15.07.2027. For children's sleepwear sold into the US, the framework that applies is CPSIA; ask for the test report with the certificate. Vertical integration from fibre to finished garment is what keeps the trail continuous. Sensitive skin is the reason buyers ask, and the certificate is the answer that holds up.
